How long will it take to receive my order?

Each plushie is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location in South Africa.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa. It’s our way of thanking you for supporting Lindiwe’s Plushies and our handcrafted creations.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your plushie’s journey right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your plushie within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact us at info@lindiwe-plushies.com to start the return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within South Africa to ensure fast and reliable delivery for our local customers.

How should I care for my plushie?

To keep your plushie soft and beautiful for years to come:

  • Cleaning: Wipe gently with a damp cloth or hand wash with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine drying.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Handling: Avoid pulling seams or overstretching limbs to maintain the stitching.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
