After confirming your purchase, our team begins preparing your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Each plushie is inspected carefully to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before shipping.

Shipping Time – On Its Way to You

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped straight to your door. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days (Monday to Saturday), depending on your location within South Africa. We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
