At Lindiwe’s Plushies, I take great pride in the love and craftsmanship that go into every handmade plushie we create. Each one is stitched with care to bring comfort, joy, and smiles for years to come.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, I’m here to help. 💛

Returns

⏳ Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the day your plushie arrives to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of placing your order.

🎁 Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your plushie must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

📩 Process:

To start a return, please email info@lindiwe-plushies.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return your item.

We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.

Refunds

🔍 Inspection:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming that we’ve received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

💳 Processing:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

❗If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund appears).
Contact your bank for processing delays.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email info@lindiwe-plushies.com.

Exchanges

🐻 Damaged or Defective Items:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your plushie for the same one, email info@lindiwe-plushies.com, and we’ll gladly help.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate by email.
